<strong>WHO03\/178\u8840\u6e05\u4e2d\u7684\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20B12\u548c\u53f6\u9178\u53ef\u6eaf\u6e90\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6\u7269\u8d28<\/strong> \u8be5\u5236\u5242\u542b\u6709\u4eba\u7c7b\u6765\u6e90\u7684\u6750\u6599\u4ea7\u54c1\u6216\u6765\u6e90\u6750\u6599\u68c0\u6d4b\u53d1\u73b0HBsAg\u3001\u6297-HIV\u548cHCV RNA\u5448\u9634\u6027\u3002\u4e0e\u6240\u6709\u751f\u7269\u6765\u6e90\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u8be5\u5236\u5242\u5e94\u89c6\u4e3a\u5bf9\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u6f5c\u5728\u5371\u5bb3\u3002\u5e94\u8be5\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u4e22\u5f03\u6839\u636e\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5e94\u5305\u62ec\u4f69\u6234\u9632\u62a4\u624b\u5957\u548c\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u6c14\u6eb6\u80f6\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\u3002\u5e94\u6ce8\u610f\u6253\u5f00\u5b89\u74ff\u6216\u5c0f\u74f6\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u5272\u4f24\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u8840\u6e05B12\u548c\u8840\u6e05\u53f6\u9178\u7684IS\uff0c03\/178\uff0c\u8d4b\u503c\u4e3a12.1 nmol\/L\u603b\u53f6\u9178\uff0c\u75319.75 nmol\/L 5MeTHF\uff085-\u7532\u57fa\u56db\u6c22\u53f6\u9178\uff1b\u53d8\u5f02\u7cfb\u6570\uff08CV\uff095.5%\uff09\uff0c1.59 nmol\/L5FuTHF\uff085-\u7532\u9170\u57fa\u56db\u6c22\u53f6\u9178\uff1b\u53d8\u5f02\u7cfb\u65704.2%\uff09\u548c0.74 nmol\/L FA\uff08\u53f6\u9178\u9178\u7684CV 31.6%\uff09\u5728\u75281.0mL\u84b8\u998f\/\u53bb\u79bb\u5b50\u6c34\u91cd\u6784\u65f6\uff0c\u5982\u4f7f\u7528LC\/MS\/MS\u6240\u786e\u5b9a\u7684\u3002\u603b\u53f6\u9178\u542b\u91cf\u4e3a12.1 nmol\/L\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e5.33ng\/mL\u3002\u8840\u6e05B12\u548c\u8840\u6e05\u53f6\u9178\u7684IS\uff0c03\/178\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u6307\u5b9a\u7684480 pg\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20B12\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u503c\uff08\u91cd\u6784\u65f6\u4e3a480 pg\/mL\u75281.0mL\u84b8\u998f\u6c34\/\u53bb\u79bb\u5b50\u6c34\uff09\u3002\u5f53\u53c2\u8003\u6d4b\u91cf\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u91cd\u65b0\u8bc4\u4f30\u51c6\u5907\u5de5\u4f5c\u5df2\u5efa\u7acb\u3002IS 03\/178\u7684\u516c\u8ba4holoTC\u503c\u4e3a107 pmol\/L\u5f53\u75281.0 mL\uff080.107 pmol\/\u5b89\u74ff\uff09\u91cd\u65b0\u914d\u5236\u65f6\u3002\u5b89\u74ff\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u88ab\u786e\u5b9a\u4e3a0.08%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>
