\u9884\u671f\u7528\u9014007sp<\/strong>\u7528\u4e8e\u9176\u8054\u514d\u75ab\u5438\u9644\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff08ELISA\uff09\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5b9a\u91cf\u80ba\u708e\u94fe\u7403\u83cc\u835a\u819c\u591a\u7cd6\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u7684\u4ebaIgG\u6297\u4f53\uff08Pn-PS-ELISA\uff09\u3002007sp\u662f278\u540d\u5065\u5eb7\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u63a5\u79cd23\u4ef7\u80ba\u708e\u7403\u83cc\u591a\u7cd6\u75ab\u82d7\uff08Pneumovax II\u00ae\uff09\u540e\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u8840\u6e05\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f30\u7b97\u6297\u4f53\u7684\u6d53\u5ea6\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6865\u63a5\u5148\u524d\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u6807\u51c689SF[1]\u6765\u5b9a\u4e49007sp\u6297\u4f53\u6d53\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

007SP\u4eba\u6297\u80ba\u708e\u7403\u83cc\u80f6\u56ca\u53c2\u8003\u8840\u6e05\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6\u7269\u8d28\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9879<\/strong>\uff1a\u672c\u5236\u5242\u4e0d\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4eba\u7c7b\u6216\u4eba\u7c7b\u98df\u7269\u94fe\u4e2d\u7684\u52a8\u7269\u3002\u8be5\u5236\u5242\u542b\u6709\u4eba\u7c7b\u6765\u6e90\u7684\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u4ea7\u54c1\u6216\u5176\u6765\u6e90\u7684\u6e90\u6750\u6599\u7ecf\u8fc7\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0cHBsAg\u3001\u6297-HIV\u548cHCV RNA\u5747\u4e3a\u9634\u6027\u3002\u4e0e\u6240\u6709\u751f\u7269\u6765\u6e90\u7684\u7269\u8d28\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u8be5\u5236\u5242\u5e94\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u5bf9\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u6f5c\u5728\u5371\u5bb3\u3002\u5e94\u6309\u7167\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u4e22\u5f03\u3002\u6b64\u7c7b\u5b89\u5168\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5e94\u5305\u62ec\u6234\u9632\u62a4\u624b\u5957\u548c\u907f\u514d\u4ea7\u751f\u6c14\u6eb6\u80f6\u3002\u6253\u5f00\u5b89\u74ff\u6216\u5c0f\u74f6\u65f6\u5e94\u5c0f\u5fc3\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u5272\u4f24\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
