HPV52\u8d28\u7c92DNA\u7684\u51bb\u5e72\u5f53\u91cf\uff0c\u8be5\u8d28\u7c92DNA\u5728pH7.4\u768410mM Tris\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u4e2d\u7a00\u91ca\uff0c\u8be5\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u542b\u67091mM EDTA\u30015 mg\/mL\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u548c\u6765\u81ea\u80ce\u76d8\u7684\u4eba\u7c7bDNA\uff08~1 x 10^6
