10^6\u56fd\u9645\u5355\u4f4d\uff08IU\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u6765\u6e90\u56fd\uff1a\u82f1\u56fd\u3002\u6bcf\u652f\u5b89\u74ff\u542b\u67090.5 mL HPV58\u8d28\u7c92DNA\u7684\u51bb\u5e72\u5f53\u91cf\uff0c\u8be5\u8d28\u7c92DNA\u5728pH7.4\u768410mM Tris\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u4e2d\u7a00\u91ca\uff0c\u8be5\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u542b\u67091mM EDTA\u30015 mg\/mL\u6d77\u85fb\u7cd6\u548c\u6765\u81ea\u80ce\u76d8\u7684\u4eba\u7c7bDNA\uff08~1 x 10^6 GEq\/mL\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u50a8\u5b58\u5b89\u74ff\u5e94\u5728\u6536\u5230\u65f6\u50a8\u5b58\u5728-20\u00b0C\u6216\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u3002\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u51bb\u5e72\u6750\u6599\u7684\u56fa\u6709\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\uff0cNIBSC\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5728\u73af\u5883\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6750\u6599\u3002<span DNA\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6\u5305\u542b\u9ad8\u62f7\u8d1d\u6570\u6a21\u677f\u3002\u6253\u5f00\u73bb\u7483\u5b89\u74ff\u540e\u901a\u8fc7\u96fe\u5316\u5b58\u5728HPV58\u8d28\u7c92DNA\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u6750\u6599\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u5355\u72ec\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u6253\u5f00\u548c\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u8fdc\u79bb\u5176\u4ed6\u9884\u6269\u589e\u7ec4\u4ef6\uff0c\u5982\u8bd5\u5242\u3001\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7528\u5177\u548c\u6837\u54c1\u3002\u8be5\u6750\u6599\u662f\u51bb\u5e72\u7684\uff0c\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5e94\u57280.5\u6beb\u5347\u65e0\u83cc\u65e0\u6838\u9178\u9176\u7684\u6c34\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u91cd\u7ec4\u3002\u786e\u4fdd\u5b89\u74ff\u7684\u5185\u8868\u9762\u88ab\u6dfb\u52a0\u7684\u6c34\u6da6\u6e7f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f7f\u9644\u7740\u5728\u73bb\u7483\u4e0a\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u51bb\u5e72\u6750\u6599\u9897\u7c92\u90fd\u80fd\u91cd\u65b0\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u91cd\u6784\u6750\u6599\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u6d53\u5ea6\u4e3a1.6
