HPV18\u8d28\u7c92DNA\u7684\u51bb\u5e72\u7b49\u6548\u7269\uff0c\u8be5DNA\u5728pH7.4\u768410mM Tris\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u4e2d\u7a00\u91ca\uff0c\u8be5\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u542b\u67091mM EDTA\u30015 Corporation\uff0cUSA\uff09\u7684\u8367\u5149\u5206\u5149\u5149\u5ea6\u6cd5\u6d4b\u5b9aDNA\u6d53\u5ea6\u3002\u5728\u4e24\u6b21DNA\u6d4b\u91cf\u4e4b\u95f4\u83b7\u5f970.95\u6216\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u7cfb\u6570\u3002\u5728\u9012\u9001\u81f3NIBSC\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5c06HPV18\u8d28\u7c92\u50a8\u5907\u5236\u5242\u8c03\u8282\u81f35 ng
