kPa\u538b\u529b\u4e0b\u64cd\u4f5c\u768425 cm x 0.4 cm\u5341\u516b\u70f7\u57fa\u7845\u70f7\u67f1\uff0c\u5bf9\u6eb6\u89e3\u768425\u00b5g\u8be5SRM\u6837\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u6db2\u76f8\u8272\u8c31\u3002\u5c06\u6837\u54c1\u6eb6\u89e3\u572881\u4f53\u79ef\u4efd0.1mol\/L pH\u4e3a3.5\u7684\u78f7\u9178\u4e09\u4e59\u80fa\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u548c19\u4f53\u79ef\u4efd\u4e59\u8148\u7684\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u4e24\u79cd\u6d17\u8131\u6db2\u6eb6\u6db2\uff1a\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u7528\u4e8e\u6eb6\u89e3SRM\u7684\u76f8\u540c\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u6eb6\u6db2\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u662f75\u4f53\u79ef\u4efd\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u4e0e25\u4f53\u79ef\u4efd\u4e59\u8148\u7684\u6eb6\u6db2\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5728215nm\u548c280nm\u5904\u6d4b\u91cf\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u6765\u76d1\u6d4b\u6d17\u8131\u3002\u572881\u223619\u7684\u6d17\u8131\u6db2\u6bd4\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728215nm\u5904\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u4fdd\u7559\u65f6\u95f4\u5206\u522b\u4e3a16.6\u5206\u949f\u548c12.2\u5206\u949f\u7684\u4e3b\u5cf0\u548c\u6b21\u5cf0\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728280nm\u5904\u4ec5\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u4e3b\u5cf0\u3002\u6536\u96c6\u5bf9\u5e94\u4e8e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5cf0\u7684\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u57286mol\/L
