PCR \u6cd5\u548c\u7edd\u5bf9\u5b9a\u91cf\u6570\u5b57 PCR \u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9a\u503c\u3002\u57fa\u4e8e\u8367\u5149\u5b9a\u91cf PCR \u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u4e59\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u6838\u9178\uff08HBV DNA\uff09\u8840\u6e05\uff08\u6db2\u4f53\uff09\u6807\u51c6\u7269\u8d28\uff08GBW\uff08E\uff09090139\uff09\u5efa\u7acb\u6807\u51c6\u66f2\u7ebf\uff0c\u8ba1\u7b97\u5f97\u5230\u5176\u6807\u51c6\u503c\uff08\u5355\u4f4d\uff1aIU\/mL\uff09\u53ca\u6269\u5c55\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u5ea6\uff1b\u57fa\u4e8e\u6570\u5b57 12
